Build Your Career in Financial Planning

We're looking for people who care about helping businesses make sense of their finances. Not just number crunchers—real partners who can translate complexity into clarity.

Why People Actually Stay Here

Here's something we noticed over the years. The folks who stick around aren't just doing financial analysis—they're solving real problems that keep business owners up at night. You know the type: someone needs to figure out if they can hire two people or just one. Or whether their expansion plan makes sense given current margins.

We don't work with massive corporations. Most of our clients are mid-sized operations in Bangkok and surrounding areas—manufacturers, service providers, growing retail chains. They need honest guidance more than fancy presentations.

One of our senior analysts, Siriporn, joined us straight out of university in 2019. She spent her first year just learning to listen properly. Now she runs client relationships worth millions because she actually understands their businesses.

Where You Might Fit In

We're hiring across several areas through 2025. Each role needs different skills, but they all require the same thing: genuine interest in understanding how businesses actually work.

Junior Analyst

You'll spend most of your time building financial models and learning client industries. Expect to ask a lot of questions and occasionally feel overwhelmed—that's normal.

Client Advisor

This means being the main contact for 6-8 client relationships. You need to understand their businesses well enough to spot problems before they become emergencies.

Research Specialist

Someone has to keep track of economic trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory changes. That's you. Turns out businesses really value context when making decisions.

What Actually Happens When You Join

I came here in 2020 thinking I'd spend two years learning the ropes before moving to a bigger firm. Didn't happen that way. Turns out working directly with business owners teaches you more in six months than most jobs teach in three years.

The learning curve is steep. You're expected to understand industries you've never thought about—textile manufacturing, logistics operations, restaurant chains. But there's support. Senior people actually have time to explain things because we're not drowning in bureaucracy.

How Chanida's Role Evolved

2020 Start

Shadow senior advisors, learn client communication basics, assist with model building

2021 Growth

Manage 3 client accounts independently, develop industry specialization in retail sector

2023 Lead

Oversee team of 4 analysts, handle complex restructuring projects, mentor junior staff

2025 Senior

Strategic planning for major accounts, contribute to firm methodology, represent company at industry events
